Horrid apartment, building and superintendent
September 4, 2015I haves lived here for many years now, since 1999 to be exact and the only reason we have stayed is because this building is rent control and since my mom is disabled we don't make enough to live elsewhere. They renovated the place last year ( they painted the walls and changed the kitchen as well as the elevator and lobby). Now this "new" elevator is constantly getting stuck and out of service. The floors are all rising and in the hallways there is always garbage. The super doesn't fix anything ...and barely speaks English.
