Been living here for over a year now, the apartments are really old. The worst part is the management, they hardly reply to your service requests. For instance, I have emailed at least 5 times to get a car parking permit but no reply yet. Just to get a normal service I have to follow up multiple times by phone and emails. Would not recommend!!

This place is located in heart of Fremont and they have spacious units both down and upstairs. Great maintenance, and management. Good restaurants, groceries, hospitals, and schools are walkable or just few miles away. Economic rent.

I have lived in this complex for 10 years. Each four plex building is individually owned by different owners. A property management company by the name of Premier Properties manages this complex. Whenever there is a problem that needs to be fixed it is taken care of on time. The premises is also secured by Orion Security at night. If there is a problem of any kind they will come out and take care of it. There are two coin op lain dry rooms and a spacious play ground for the children to play ...

here. This is a family oriented community and we are also part of the neighborhood watch program with the Fremont Police Dept. This is a great community to live in.
