Great Park Villas is a nice quiet place. The staff have been wonderful. Jordan and Brittnee made our move in smooth and easy. Maintenance was quick to check and take care of the leak in our bathroom. Looking forward to the many community activities to come and meet other residents. I would recommend Park Villas to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home.

I've been living here for more than a year now and it's been great! My apartment has little amenities you don't see in many places like slanted ceilings, a back door, cross light in the living room, and both a shelved closet and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Management is wonderful and I was very happy to renew my lease!

I have lived here for 5 years . One of the main reasons I like it here is because there is no one above or below me. All of the apartments are one level and just four per unit. The rooms are a nice size and there is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I love the private patio. And if there isn’t a washer and dryer hook up in the apartment, they have lots of laundry rooms throughout the complex. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient.
