    I've been living here for more than a year now and it's been great! My apartment has little amenities you don't see in many places like slanted ceilings, a back door, cross light in the living room, and both a shelved closet and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. Management is wonderful and I was very happy to renew my lease!

  • Nice affordable place

    I have lived here for 5 years . One of the main reasons I like it here is because there is no one above or below me. All of the apartments are one level and just four per unit. The rooms are a nice size and there is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. I love the private patio. And if there isn’t a washer and dryer hook up in the apartment, they have lots of laundry rooms throughout the complex. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient.     This is my first apartment and I can say I absolutely love this place. The people in the office are caring, respectful, and so helpful. The rent is afforable and the place is very peaceful and quite. The apartment is also very roomy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

  • Quiet and Clean!

    The property is very quiet and always picked up and clean! The maintenance men are very friendly and always have a smile. The two young woman that run the property Parys and Jordan are very friendly and efficient. I love that they do things in the community like had a BBQ when our pool first opened up in 117 degrees weather. Parys and Jordan were outside grilling the burgers and dogs in the heat. I absolutely love living here.
