I am being asked to share a review of my experience at Park Vue, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The maintenance team deserves a 0 out of 5. My washing machine is completely broken, and the dryer vent is severely clogged, creating a dangerous fire hazard. On top of that, I had a leak in my restroom that took them two full weeks just to come check, and now my bathroom sink is leaking as well.I have made several maintenance requests in person, via email, and through the resident portal. ...
Instead of fixing the issues, the office keeps closing out the tickets and marking the work as "complete" when absolutely nothing has been fixed. I am heavily pregnant and live on the third floor. Because of their dishonesty and complete failure to maintain this apartment, I am forced to carry heavy loads of laundry up and down three flights of stairs just to go somewhere else to wash my clothes. This is a severe health and safety hazard. Management does not care about their residents. Do not move here.
