February 11, 2025Stay away from this property at all costs. The condition of the place is ridiculous. The Freight Elevator has been down for almost a year with no solution, and the main elevator has been down for about four months. The parking garage "gate" is a joke because it doesn't even work. You have homeless individuals wandering the halls, breaking into cars, storage units, and even apartments. When it was brought up with the leasing team, I was told that it stated in our lease that they do not guarantee ...our safety. Here is a list of items that don't work: 1. Gas Grills 2. Hot Tub 3. Freight Elevator 4. Main Lobby Elevator 5. Parking Garage Gate 6. Some doors open without even needing to scan in. You'll pay a $25 amenity fee and wonder what it is going to because it isn't going to any of the amenities. In fact, at one point, we were told if we paid for the dog poop bags, they could potentially take the amount off our lease. So be warned. Stay Away!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
