Don’t even bother
February 13, 2023If you’re looking to rent from these people don’t even waste your time. I recently just moved in a couple months ago and it’s been rough. Maintenance pretends that they know what they’re doing and all they do is come and see what the issue is but they never really fix it. It’s no type of communication with them or the leasing office whatsoever. I’ve left plenty of messages and emails and i’ve never gotten a response. If i could leave yesterday then I would definitely have done that. There is dog ...poop everywhere and the sidewalks flood every time when it rains so mud is everywhere and will get in your house. So don’t walk but RUN. Some of these units aren’t even dated and are way over priced.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2022The entire office staff are polite , although the new management company "Pegasus" are doing their best to improve the property ,they (Pegasus) lack in communication to the residents , some of the people who live here have no respect for the office staff ,or themselves READ YOUR LEASE, there are rules you must abide by , I cant say anything bad about anyone who works at this property , Melania is the best at what she does .Property Manager Responded

Would NOT recommend
December 31, 2021Maintenance sucks. I've put in the same Maintenance order a good 6 times for about 8 months now. They come, they look, they leave. Nothing really gets fixed here. Management is rude and ineffective. I have very noisy neighbors who are polluting the property grounds and the moment I informed the office they defended the woman's actions and are treating me as though I am the problem. There is no playground for kids on site. The units a pretty but outdated, especially for the price you pay. ...Nothing is included in your rent. They will have fees for everything. Surprisingly quiet
May 9, 2021I have been here well over a month now and am very satisfied with my choice. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in and management sent a worker to repair the three or four minor problems I noted in my check-in list the day after I submitted it. I am pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is here even though it is in a commercial area with lots of shopping nearby. I usually awake to the sounds of birds outside my window. I am eagerly awaiting the opening of the swimming pool! The ...maintenance crew always seems to be active making the buildings and grounds look nicer.
