Great all around
August 1, 2025My family has been here just over 2 months and we are happy with the property. The application process was quick and the move on was smooth. Our unit is spacious and accommodating. The staff is courteous and answers any questions I have quickly. We enjoy the pool, weight room and game room. So far this is great. Close to shopping and schools and HWY 20 so the commute to work is convenient. Great choice.Property Manager Responded

DONT COME HERE
December 29, 2023The staff is incredibly rude! Constantly raising rent. THERE ARE NO BALCONIES even though it says it on the site!!! They do not deep clean apartments like they claim they do upon you moving in!Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional in every area!!
June 16, 2020I visited the property based off of reviews..You never get an answer when calling..You can leave messages without a return call..I would never have someone staffed with the title Manager that does not live up to company standards..Unprofessional to the fullest degree..My husband and I were very interested in renting there..We were promised a phone for availability...No phone call as of yet...Keep going and don't waste your time...I plan to reach out to the corporate office to enlighten them on ...how things are ran at their complex..Property Manager Responded

Great resident service!
March 24, 2020I had an issue with my daughter's bathroom and Ernest came straight from the office to see what the problem was. This place sucks. Don’t believe the reviews they are fabricated
June 29, 2019All the reviews you see here are lies. They ask us to lie about this place. It’s really a horrible place to live. The staff is very disrespectful. They don’t do people’s work orders. I was in heat for over a month. My apartment needs a lot of upgrades and they aren’t doing anything although I signed my lease for the upgrades. Anna is the most disrespectful one. I sit in the office and watch her watch the phone ring and don’t answer it. Or she hangs up on residents and then talks bad about them ...when she gets off the phone with them and say they are annoying and she can’t wait for them to move out. They don’t even treat their employees right. Work orders keep piling up because the employees that do the maintenance keep quitting. Please don’t waste your time or money coming to live in this community. You still be stuck in something for a year that you are going to absolutely hateProperty Manager Responded

April 29, 2019It was just my child & myself that was in a desperate need of a place to stay, I walked in the office & got greeted by two of the most precious ladies, that helped me all the way to get in to my apt., the apt was very nice, enjoyed my stay there & the office mangers never forgot about me, that meant a lot-! Poor
March 29, 2019My apartment is infested with termites, exterminator came but the damage is already done, holes everywhere. The paint is cheap, the carpet is old and dirty with water leaks under it, the bathroom has mold that continues to come ack because ofbthe putdated tiling n the shower. The windows hve mold and are old and ceilings leak water when ever it rains. There are no knobs on my cabinets so paint gets under my nails daily. The refrigerator they replaced my old one with is old and nasty. The front ...door does not bve a proper weather strip regardless of how many times I complained to management, and bugs come through the hole. Overall, looks great on the outside, but they have to renovate otherwise I may as well live in crack apartments. But very quiet complex.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2019I have been a resident since Jan 2018 and over the last 6 months, my experience has been impeccable. Ms. Shandra is such an awesome manager over our community. There is now consistent communication to residents, monthly community activities and an overall solid leadership from the staff!!! I would definitely recommend this community to those in search of a safe, clean, superior maintained place to call home. When you enter the leasing office, I'm now, always approached with a helping hand and ...genuine smile. I have witnessed with my own eyes, Ms. Shandra, picking up trash, all in an effort to keep our community clean and beautiful.....now that's what you call teamwork, loyalty and dedication!!!!
