Trees are dying, roots exposed, erosion of the soil has become so serious the Apt bldg are Sinking below water line lvls! The bldg and grounds are ALL in disrepair.

My favorite apartment

My 1-BR has a dishwasher, ceiling fan, and balcony. I receive an outstanding HUD subsidy; thanks to Neighborhood Services of Tyler. The managers and other staff are friendly and competent. I'm within walking distance of three beer stores and a Wal-Mart. My neighbors are pleasant and polite.

We tried to get apartment here. After 3 weeks of waiting and driving back and forth,they told we could start moving in on a Friday. So my family drove 3 1/2 hours with a trailer full of our stuff up here. Then they told us that Friday we wouldn’t be able to moving in and that we need to come in Monday. So we had to park our trailer full of stuff at a family members house. I went in Monday and they told me it looks like y’all arent going to qualify. And that I should start looking for another ...
apartment. Definitely NOT what I wanted to hear. Wasted weeks of my time. Specially since we had jobs lined up out here. The people at Shiloh we’re nice but definitely not worth waiting 3 weeks for apartment. We went applied for a different place and we got in 3 days. Shows that the people at park at Shiloh weren’t getting there job done.

Park at Shiloh is a friendly clean environment affordable with a friendly staff. The bedrooms are roomy the master bedroom has two closets a shower and bath and a sink with a large mirror and a counter top. Located near a lot of local attractions including Walmart.
