Never fix nothing
May 18, 2025I’m a current resident - I have 5 work orders from months ago - they only completed one from four months ago and that was changing a circuit breaker - they came over a few days ago to fix my wobbly toilet - guy stuck some Wedges underneath my toilet and now it’s more wobbly than it was before - Call the office they said they were going To talk to the supervisor - they sent over the same guy that tried to fix it in the first place and he was pissed. He said he came over for For for a plugged ...toilet. I told him we didn’t have a plugged toilet. The problem is is it more wobbly now than it was before - he got mad insulted me and then he said well. I guess you just need to rip up the whole bathroom floor - he says will call Roto rotor for you whatever that means. Call office and left a message on Thursday. Never got back to me. Never got back to me - even on Friday so now I guess I’ll do some reviews on their performance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
