Totally unprofessional complex. They can’t keep a property manager, the “secured locked doors” are always jammed to stay unlocked, door buzzers never worked and owner refused to repair because of cost, meaning packages and medical supplies were constantly stolen or sent back because they would just be left at door without any notice, I moved 6/30/2023 per my lease, and received an eviction notice posted to the door of the apt for all to see with my name and a fictitious amount of money I don’t ...

Let me start by saying, if I could have given this apartment a negative rating I would have. It was winter when I moved in, seemed nice and quiet and clean, then the summer came. All of the prostitution and drug addicts came alive. The maintenance on the building started going down, the you started seeing the landlord less and less. You can never get him on the phone to fix things when you need him. Needless to saying looking for another place is an understatement. Sincerely, looks can be ...
