October 11, 2015Located near Midtown which include: shops, restaurants, and banks, Walmart, and a supermarket. On a major bus line. There is also a YMCA and a school close to the leasing office. The staff are responsive to needs of the tenants. You have a choice if you want a flat rent or % of income based rent. The lawns are maintained by maintenance and also snow removal on the main streets. Even though it is a public housing apt, I feel safe here.Review from Apartments.com
