Whatever the price they show you add $200+ every month for water and trash and other fees. Their customer service AFTER you move in sucks , EVERYTHING sucks here for a high price , they won’t let you move out if you lost your job then wait until you have 2 months left then they’ll tell you to pay them 2 months early termination so they can double charge you and the new tenant. NEED to ask them to show you your actual apartment and make sure everything WORKS before you move in. Or else You are paying a high price for a 3rd world country equivalent quality of apartment/ amenities. Everything is DIRTY, all kind of BUGS craw into your room everyday because they don’t have screen window, BROKEN FRIDGE, the bathtub drain super slow. I pay $2700 + for a 1 bedroom apartment with NO washer and dryer in the apartment. THEIR laundry room is like an abandoned ghost house, it’s dirty, creepy, just ask them to show you the place and you’ll see for yourself. When I first moved into my apartment everything was dirty and I had to wash the carpet, even after all that the carpet still fill up my vacuum with dirt Everytime I run the vacuum through the floor.
