Horrible!! Place is falling apart!

This used to be a great place to lie with lots of community events and nice apartments. Since management has changed 3 times the place is falling apart. Since the change nothing is being maintained. They do not maintain outside lights so all stairwells and parking are very dark and this has led to serious theft problems. They also do not maintain the inside of the apartments. I have had mold in my ceiling for 3 months and they won't fix it. My oven was leaking gas and not heating and they ...
still have not fixed. They do not respond to messages, there is never anyone in the office to talk to, they do not answer phones. Our linoleum is lifting under the cabinets and front door, the paint is peeling in the kitchen. They keep saying they will fix it and never do. It is very noisy here. Loud music and kids screaming outside all hours of the night.
