Do not care about tenant concerns

The place itself is nice. The landlord and manager are awful. They change the manager and the rules with the seasons. They do not have good parking. You get 2 spots and if something happens where you can't get to one of them, they do not have anywhere to park. Parking on the street or in another spot will have your car towed with no notice for you and guests. There is a mouse problem in the garages. Communications with the landlord and current manager are rude and disrespectful. If you ...
complain about anything they blame you for "ruining" their apartment and start doing "inspections" to try to find something wrong so they can evict you. They do not send bills but will send you an eviction notice if you are 5+ days late with rent. You pay directly to her bank with no way to track what you have paid. The only way to keep track of payments except to keep a copy of the bank receipts. They are constantly "fixing" something, yet everything is always breaking and nothing gets fixed. If something is fixed it is done terribly and tools and scraps are left everywhere and it takes them much longer than it should. They are overall very unprofessional and terrible to work with.

The incoming new manager this their fourth now! the owner who lives in another state is bringing him back stay away! He runs it like a prison! He is a bully especially towards woman! He will threaten to throw you out and evict you over nothing if he doesn't get his way! Keep a lawyer on retainer good luck!

Long distance landlord

The landlord lives in another state and does not take the time to properly address the tenants concerns. The management and other tenants care, but the landlord sees this place as a pay check rather than people's homes.
