Think again before signing a lease here…

This is NOT a gated community. In the almost 2 years living here, the gate worked for maybe a week. This caused huge parking problems and even though there were “threats” to tow, management never did anything about non residents parking there. We didn’t have hot water for a whole week and it just was not a priority for maintenance to fix it. Get ready to be charged an arm and a leg when you move out. I have rented apartments for 15 years and never had move out fees? Getting out of this apartment ...
complex is awful. The traffic has become so bad that turning left out of the complex is nearly impossible. The turnover with the staff is constant, so consistency is an issue.

Awesome Location and pool

Property is in a great location and only 2 blocks to the beach . Pool is very nice and has the soak chairs and a great grilling area . Office staff was friendly on my tour and loved the stainless steel appliances and high ceilings in the apartment. Patios have nice screened porches and I can’t wait to move here .

Great apartment complex!!

Me and my wife decided to move to PCB in September of 2022, after vacationing here for 10 plus years. We narrowed it down to 5 apartment complexes in PCB and when we came to this one, the last one we visited, we knew it was home. Shannon was/is awesome and so friendly and gave us the tour. We moved in 3 months later in December of 2022. Then we got to meet the other ladies in the office, Karen and Deb!! Awesome ladies also. They are always so nice to me and my wife and everyone here. Can't leave ...
out the friendliest maintenance guy in the area. We are thrilled to be here and have found this pace to be the best apartment's in PCB. Literally an 8 minute walk to the beach. Buildings are well kept, maintenance is awesome, very clean grounds, apartments themselves are very well kept up with. They offer garages on the premises which is great. The amenities are great. I just can't say enough right now about how good this place is. It's only been a month, but we know we made the right choice in choosing Parkside at the Beach!!

All the ladies in the office are amazing. They are knowledgeable and listen to concerns of the residents. I have had 2 maintenance requests: 1. A light bulb went out 2. My dryer wasn't drying properly Both were handled quickly Location is another reason I give this an excellent rating
