Noisy with irresponsible management

The noise is very annoying. The walls are so thin that you can hear the next-door unit talking, and the wood floor is so noisy. The property manager is not helpful and treats tenants disrespectfully.

Great management and good price for Palo Alto

My husband and I rented a 1 BR apartment in this building for over a year. The price was very reasonable for Palo Alto standards and the apartment was bigger than others we visited nearby. We were sad to leave because the area is great (perfect for a morning or afternoon run) and Christine (manager) was always helpful and quick in answering and solving any questions or issues that we had. The apartments are withing walking distance of Sprouts, Safeway, Trader Joe's and Walmart.

Noisy and Old Apt

The apartment is doing a lot of constructions during Covid, so it's pretty noisy. It's close to a hotel which makes a lot of noise during the day. In addition, the laundry room is dirty and very often machines are broken.

Apartment is infested with termites. There is constant construction starting from 8 am in the morning as each building has a unit being renovated. Walls are thin and building does not hold heat well.
