Love downtown living
July 8, 2025Love being so close to downtown, definitely feels lively and lots of events nearby. Great to have a pool and some of the view are great. Also love being able to walk Monona bay and head over to the Lake Side Coffee Shop.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing Location
June 10, 2025I've lived here for two years and this is one of my favorite locations in Madison. The courtyard is big and the apartments are spacious. It's located right next to Brittingham Park with beautiful biking and walking trails and you're not far from campus and the downtown scene as well. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
