Apartment sucks barely any hot water, sink barely works, bed bugs, and people are not welcoming.

These apartments have bed bugs LIKE CRAZY!! They do NOT treat for them and just try to throw bombs your way for you to bomb your own apartment instead of actually treating the whole problem. Even tried saying I'd have to pay if I wanted treatment from a professional! DO NOT RENT HERE!
BED BUG PROBLEM

There's an out of control bed bug problem for the past 2 years. several apartments are infested. people are starting to just leave due to this problem. the owner fixes things weeks after requested. he is rude, replaces appliances with other used older appliances. roaches are a problem and they refuse to hire a pest control company and use cheap products. ask anyone who lives here and they will tell you. the owner has raised the rent drastically yet refuses to maintain the apartments.
