If you enjoy the pleasure of unprofessional rude management who treat you like you live in the projects and no maintaining maintenance, than this is the place for you!! Sit back and enjoy living in the slumlord atmosphere of waiting months for a repair, that is actually just a patch over the problem. Enjoy complaints being written up against you by management because you report problems and have become frustrated because your apartment is still awaiting repairs months after the initial reporting. ...

Enjoy the comfort of maintenance just showing up whenever, without prior notice and just putting a key in your door to walk in while you aren't dressed and taking a nap. Enjoy the pleasure of knowing when you report a problem, they put in a work order and can't give you a time or day maintenance will come. It's like on Good Times old tv show, you never know when they're coming and what they're doing. How would you like to get exercise by sweeping and mopping the hallway, otherwise it rarely gets done and the hallways smell!! Oh, I must not forget all the wonderful noticed they stick in your door frame for all to see/read...
