Just a few days shy of my birthday and it was honestly the best birthday / Christmas gift for myself and my kids. I'm renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with washer/dryer, and dishwashing amenities for a $200 CHEAPER than my last place (which was only 2 bedrooms and none of these amenities) . My apartment is SO cute and modern. My kids love the community game room/ computer lab. Overall my experience thus far has been great.
