February 24, 2021This place is horrible. No security which means no gate or patrol that they so call say they had. The day before my move in date on February 12, there was a shooting the night before and I asked were there violence or unsafe measures there, they lied and said there is daily patrol. They took my deposit and the rest of my fees and because I walked out due to their unprofessional staff and unorganized staff they waited 3 days later to tell me they cancelled my application after paying.Review from Apartments.com
OVER PRICED/NOT SAFE/MAINTENANCE ARE LAZY
February 17, 2021No security. apartments are small. They go up on rent and give unnecessary fees out of the blue without explanation. You can find way better for the same price. cabinets,dish washer,wallpaper etc are very old and outdated. Lights are very dim at night that you won’t see if someone is walking up on you.Pools are extremely dirty and unkept.a lot of cars flying through the complex. ppl are loud on the weekends. Someone got shot and killed and the rent office didn’t even address the situation. if you ...have kids, there is nowhere for them to play, hang out or run around. Deposit not returned
January 7, 2019They forfeited my deposit because of a dog that was only visiting....they said that if I didn’t move the dog that day I would have to pay...so my family left early due to the dog not being able to stay...now they are saying that they kept my money because the dog was there...that obsured...they didn’t find anything wrong with my apartment and everything was cleaned...how can they keep my money?...please if you want your money do not rent from them...because no matter how clean and neat the ...apartment is...they are gonna find any reason to not give you your money backProperty Manager Responded

This is for the safety and well being of our residents, the guests of residents, and our employees. Along with proper documentation, a pet deposit must be paid at the time of acquiring a pet.
