I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that you are appreciated. I've been living in Parkview Apartments for six years. Being new to the Gary area after living out of state for 40 years. When I went to see the apartment I felt comfortable there, they didn't even have security cameras at that time but I was assured that I could feel safe and secure their and I trusted their judgement.There will always be ups and downs any where you go but the good out weighs the bad. Since living here ...
they have installed security cameras all over the building. Pest control comes monthly, maintenance clean the building weekly, and their maintenance crew is the "BEST" Special THANKS to Mr. Rufus! If you have maintenance issues they are resolved quickly and efficiently through both the management and maintenance crew. In six years time I've seen many tenants come and go but at the end of the day most of the neighbors are very respectful towards one another. If you are looking for a place to call home you will not go wrong considering Parkview Apartments. As that old cliche says, THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME! Let the management team at IGC, LLC. Properties help you find your next happy home!

Parkwood Apartment is located in Gary, Indiana. It is a beautiful clean, quiet, and safe place to live. I am so, comfortable here, I feel that I am in a secure place. I knew this was the place for me. Because, Amy leasing agent made me feel like I was already home after having four break in at my old place of resident. I know they care about their apartment and the residents here. The office staff send someone in once a week to clean, and vacuum the hallway throughout the week. The lawn is kept ...
trim and tidy once a week also. I moved in last year in September and I can't believe how quiet it is! ? My unit is great! The office staffs are awesome they are really easy going! If I put in a work order, they have my worker order fixed within 1 or 2 days. Love it here! Way to go Parkwood Apartment!!!
