POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT 11/25 12:30pm
November 25, 2017We came to view an apartment and see what information we can obtain. As we approached the leasing office, we noticed the agent was on the phone. The office is super tiny but we were not acknowledged at all or invited in to have a seat while she continued her phone call. It would’ve been nice if she said “I’ll be right with you”. Instead she just kept with her phone call and ignored us. We were very interested in these apartments and it was disappointing that we had to turn around due to 1 woman’s ...lack of courtesy. Hopefully she will learn how to be a better agent and not let possible clients walk away. She didn’t even try to stop us. She had no care in the world.
