Great building, a little pricey
August 29, 2015The area is amazing-- right by Central park, the 92nd st YMCA, and in between two subway stops. Plus, elevators are hard to find in the city and so is in-building laundry! The super and other tenants are great.Review from Apartments.com
Not too shabby
July 21, 2015This building is great for a quick walk to the express train, laundry that only eats quarters 25% of the time, and an elevator that works on days that you don't need to carry something heavy upstairs. Overall the building is well-maintained, the management company is attentive to issues that arise, and the plumbing could definitely be better.Review from Apartments.com
