No ac in various apartments and hallways.
August 23, 2021Visit all floors. Maintenance men leave often creating a high turnover. Residents are treated as if they are stupid when stating their ac doesn’t work. I’ve advocated for my parent multiple times and she still has no ac and the hallway is 88 degrees in the summer.Review from Apartments.com
Parsons Village
September 24, 2015Coming home is a joy. The building is modern walking in looks and feels like a resort. Walls are aqua the trim is white. There is dark walnut wood floors. The table and chairs are rattan with thick cushions for resting before going upstairs. Lovely paintings on the walls that lighten your mood and reminds you to see the world around you. It boasts a workout room with equpment. The community room has a fireplace, comfortable seating and interesting sculptures to add interest. There in the dining ...area are tables and chairs to host dinners or luncheons for family or potlucks for residents. It is a new building the apartments are two bedrooms a huge bathroom with deep tub. I love how light moves through the apartment from sunrise to sunset.
