is old & cheap & because of that stuff breaks all the time. Their maintenance guy is pretty good so if something breaks that isn't major it will be fixed that week...unless it's the plumbing Ahh yes.... the plumbing. At least once every two weeks they are working on these old pipes, and when they are the water is off. . Due to how bad they are since we moved in, I have not taken a bath. The pressure of the bathtub is bad. That doesn't mean the shower is better, my husband & I have to stand under the shower to get there water, & the hot water is luke warm. So shower's aren't enjoyable. I used to love hot showers now I've gotten used to cold ones. The sink in the bathroom is not hot either, but somehow...the sink in the kitchen is SO HOT it burns when you put it to the hot side. They have yet to fix the water pressure issue or the plumbing. I have never craved a hot bath more in my life...how I miss it...the hot water on my skin as I lay back and relax from a stressful day. The bubbles covering my body I I turn on some music...I miss it so much The moment where I was like okay I'm leaving was when I found 4 LIVE ROACHES in our icemaker on the day our amazon AC broke. It made me throw up and I went to bed covered in sweat. The next day I woke up to take a shower cause the sweat made me smell, NOPE. They are working on the plumbing so water is off... As of now we found a new place to live but we still have 2 more week until we move out. Every day that goes but now has one objective, one goal, one mission .. Survive...

areas,one in the front,2 in the back,each has 3 units of washer and dryer. Now time for some bad review, the apartment units have cockroaches,and theres so much trees that there's so many different bugs too,the aircon is in the living room only,the air won't reach the bedroom so me and my family usually sleeps in the living room during summer. The insulation of this building is not good, you can hear everything outside and you can be hear outside,the manager is so hard to reach,the maintenance man will always takes time to repair some damages, you have to keep reminding the guy for him to give you time and check your unit. So I give it 3 stars,because I love the space and the rent is cheap, and they don't increase the rent.
