About Patiohouse Apartments

Patiohouse 1 features 800 square feet of living area in a two-story floor plan. The upstairs has one bedroom with twin closets, a full bathroom and an additional loft area with a closet which makes an ideal office, study or second bedroom. Most have a Washer/Dryer in the loft closet. Downstairs has an attached breakfast area leading to the living room and a sliding-glass patio door opening to the private patio. Patiohouse 2 features 630 square feet of living area in a one bedroom flat floor plan. Each apartment has a bedroom with twin closets, a full bathroom and pantry/storage closet. Select units have stacked washer/dryer. Patiohouse 3 offers four different floor plans including 770 square foot one bedroom/one bath flats and town homes and 1050 square foot two bedroom/one and one half bath flats and town homes. Second floor apartments have private balconies and first floor apartments have large, private covered patios. All Patiohouse apartments are cable ready and have all electric kitchens with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and lots of counter space and cabinets. No Smoking of any kind! No Pets!

I lived in PatioHouse III for 6 years. I would still be there if I haven’t moved north for a job. The location is close to Towne Center and the growing MidCity/Government St. restaurants and entertainment. If I ever had an issue management would address it. There were a few hiccups but we worked through them. It’s not a new building by any means but the new managers are updating the units and they look much fresher.
