my living experience at patriot palms
August 18, 2015I live in a 2 bdrm apartment with my soon to be 5 year old. i absolutely love how spacious my apartment is on the inside and the appliances are very nice, however i have had some issues with maintainence taking weeks to fix problems,not fixing things correctly and coming into my apartment while i am away without leaving any notice. I understand these are income based apartments but i do not feel like this staff is dedicated to its tenants or have much common courtesy, and i feel my home has been ...invaded while i am away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015Patriot Palms is a beautiful apartment community located in beautiful Sandstone Ranch. They have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes located close to Ft. Bliss, churches, schools, shopping, dining, daycares, and fitness centers. The homes feature ceiling fans, washer and dryer, microwave, gas stove, blinds, refrigerator, refrigerated air, outside storage, and dishwasher.
