Great Place to Live!

I lived at Ultris Patriot Park from JUN 2019 to JUN 2021, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was great; very supportive. If ever I needed anything to be fixed in the apartment, the maintenance team was very supportive and quick to resolve it. Shout out to Normi and the team. I would highly recommend living here, especially with the new cosmetic improvements that the are in the process of making (i.e., newly-paved parking lots, new paint, etc.)

I have lived here for 4 years. Hands down the best apartment living ever. Normie is the best! Maintenance is the best! In the beginning I had issues with dog poop but that is no longer an issue. 10 mins to Bragg through Honeycutt gate. The only thing that I would suggest is to have meet and greets often. Other than that I’m happy to call Ultris Patriot Park home!

The customer service that I received was amazing. Normy was the best. She helped me through the entire process. I mean she was great. She had everything I need it (furnished apartment)ready in a matter of two days, which is great because I am coming from another state and didn’t have a place to stay. As a single mother your check list tend to be pretty long well I walk in the office and the staff welcome us home on the first tour. I search other places but nothing came close. My husband and I decided to stay here for a short term lease while our house is being built. Our decision was made for a few reasons: location, amenities, and short term lease availability. I feel at home because of the employees here. I like how I am treated by the staff. They go over and beyond to ensure guests are accommodated. The maintenance staff is pleasant and efficient. Work orders were completed in a timely manner. Office personnel have been wonderful during the duration of our stay. ...

The list of reasons to live here is substantial. My favorite amenity is the free Starbucks coffee! In addition to all the amenities, there have been several occasions in which Ultris has provided breakfast or dinner for the residents. I feel like a part of a community here. I honestly don't want to leave.
