June 4, 2019Great place to stay for the price that they offer. I stayed a year in a loft that was specious and clean and the rent was very affordable. They organize parties with tasty food for the community, they make sure there is no pests in the apartments, they keep improving, and the stuff is super helpful, especially Demetrus!Review from Apartments.com

Kingston Pointe Apartments
July 24, 2015We moved into Kingston Pointe with high expectations especially after viewing the dunk pond and spacious model. Upon moving in our apartment was not fit for living including mold and rust in the toilet bowl. Only 2 maintenance men are responsible for fixing the entire complex repairs leaving work orders long over due.Review from Apartments.com
