Unprofessional management
December 13, 2025Communication has been unprofessional and inconsistent. No notice when something significant happens like construction that may effect your day to day like displacing your parking spot during the holidays. When asked about duration, time, dates you will be dismissed and expect to work it out but somehow without those info. Workers also frequently do not show up at the arranged date and time and expect you to be home at another day. There is also frequent ant problems, termite, questionable ...insulation. It is an old complex and we were willing to deal with that ...but not when we are not even given the basic level of professionalism and management taking their stress out on us during conversations.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
