My move-in experience was wonderful. There was transparent and welcoming communication from management regarding any questions that I had. We were able to tour a few units prior to committing to a lease agreement and ultimately decided to move in! The community is quiet and is walking distance to Japantown, the streets are busy with cars but you cannot really hear them inside your unit. The maintenance teams responds promptly and the management is always available for assistance.

Pavona apartments are in the middle of beautiful Japan town, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. The apartments are pet friendly and the fact that they have lockers for the packages is amazing. The staff are pretty responsive when I send emails. Supper friendly staff.

Not worth the price, there are nicer buildings with better management and amenities that work. There is constantly trash overflowing here and the parking lot is never checked. People who live across the street and going to the park park here overnight.

Pavona Apartments has been great! The units are nice and the location nearby Japantown is hard to beat. We are also a very short drive/bus ride to the Berryesa Transit Center, so taking a BART train to SF is convenient.

My experience at Pavona from the start was good, great ladies working at the leasing office, offer to do a tour alone or with them, I wanted to do it alone. Submitted my application and received the news the same day that I was approved. The whole process has been easy to move in and professional.I love that the community send out emails about the construction or what is happening in the community. I love that the community is supper quiet in the morning, makes my morning peaceful.

The leasing experience was easy and hassle free. Vanessa, the leasing agent, was very friendly and professional and attended to my needs in a timely manner. She always responds to my messages promptly and has been very patient with all my concerns and requests. Despite the great customer service, the unit did not meet my expectations among move in. Several things were not ready and attention was not paid to many details in the unit.
