Lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Excellent price, good and fast communication with the leasing office, and every maintenance issue was dealt with quickly and no questions asked.
Untrained maintenance People

The maintenance people here are very unskilled. They require multiple people to complete the simplest of tasks. They pride themselves on their patchwork never fixing the underlying issue resulting in you calling them back within a few weeks. We have found some dangerous things here as well. Such as Venting hot water tanks to the room they are in creating an area of concentrated carbon monoxide. They too 24 hrs to rectify this issue.

I have recently moved into Pearl Street apartments and am very satisfied. I moved in with my three year old who goes to a near by daycare. The apartment location is so ideal, we are near grocery stores, a local park, gas stations, Destiny USA mall, you think of it we are near it! We have had no problems living in these fabulous apartments! Being a single mom working a full time job isnt always easy. I picked these apartments because of the price, and convenient location! It would be AMAZING to ...
