Not worth the price
March 26, 2025Impossible to get maintenance here to fix anything. Leaky appliances, water stain on my ceiling from my upstairs neighbors leaky appliances. They have an emergency maintenance line but they don't answer it or respond to messages. They have a website where you can submit non-emergency maintenance requests, but I've been here for more than a month and they haven't responded to any of them. I've only been able to get one issue fixed my entire time here, and that was because I just happened to talk ...to the only helpful office staff when a maintenance person was sitting nearby. And she told me to call the emergency maintenance line next time, which doesn't even get a response. The correct solution to every problem is to probably just go into the office and harass the people until they fix your issue. So this is a great place to live if you enjoy spending all your spare time trying to get other people to do their jobs, but I'd probably look elsewhere next time.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2020its a nice place. but they don't repair anything you constantly have to call or email them and sometimes they don't even respond. we've had a bug problem and they have still not fixed it going on a month now . but other than that its a nice place very peacefulReview from Apartments.com
Pelican pointe apartments
August 12, 2015My wife and I have lived at Pelican Pointe Apartments for 4 years and have enjoyed a 1B-1B for the most part. Areas very nice just outside the city. Only a few things that are not a big favorite. They were a gated community but the fences were taken down due to repairs and lights in the apartment complexes are always out and never repaired. Besides that it has very spacious rooms and nice rates.Review from Apartments.com
