Cleaning
August 14, 2025•First red flag was when we got the keys. I had previously taken a tour of the apartment I was getting assigned and I pointed out all the things that had to be done/ cleaned and the “assistant manager” that always has an attitude reassure me that it was going to get done. Fast forward to the day of picking up the keys. NOTHING WAS DONE. The AC filter was black/ moldy, the fridge had some type of fruit flies dead inside, the dishwasher had a mug from the previous tenant and the walls of the ...kitchen were covered in grease. Mind you I cleaned the apartment before we left and they still charge me for a cleaning fee! I left that apartment in better shape than what they gave me! •Lived here for a year and I never got to use the pool because it was always dirty(there’s 2 pools) and when we went to drop off the keys I looked at the pool and it was still dirty!! •When it rained the water would come through the window and wet all the carpet. They went and inspected it and they said they were going to caulk it and they never went back! •The gym they have it’s okay, but the times I had went was always dirty! And my husband always had an issue with the code for it. •pest control was requested once because there was a lot of “fruit flies” they went, saw I had a 4 month old and said they couldn’t spray anything (understandable) and recommended to use something else. Bad management
June 19, 2023I lived here for a year and a half. First off on move in they said the apartment was clean. It was NASTY. Other people's hair, black ring around my toilet, just gross. Secondly they had informed me that I would have no move out or cleaning fees. I asked multiple times for this in writing. They always denied. And low and behold when I moved out they were requiring just that. Just bad management.Review from Apartments.com
