I don’t know if this is a blessing, but answering the call from this wonderful lady at Perla (Denise), I was bout to give up finding a apartment till that Sat morning I gave it another try and amazingly I got this beautiful apartment that I never dreamed of and and is still in shook every day I go home.Yhank you Perla and the whole management team. I’ve never felt so much love until I entered Perla luxury apartment. The staffs was so nice and patient they took their time with us they didn’t degrade us . The same day we went to check out the place we had a tour and from the first tour I fell in love with Perla . The environment is so beautiful , quiet and clean . Not to mention my neighbors.

I love living here so far. I’ve lived in a Greystar community in the past and I have the same/similar experience with professional/knowledgeable staff who is willing to help out in any way they can. Property is brand new and clean/they intend to keep it that way. Maintenance staff is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything here is literally plug and play.
