Excellent place to live
June 9, 2020These are great apartments to live in. The building is kept clean. The apartment themselves are spacious and well maintained. Tomas, the apartment manager, was great when we moved in and throughout everything else. June 1, 2020This is a nice and clean gated complex. I always feel safe when coming home late. The apartment itself is nice and very spacious. There is assigned parking and an on-site laundry room. The on-site manager, Tomas responds in a timely manner and If I need something repaired, maintenance is here and on time within 24 hrs.Property Manager Responded

Great management

Great place!
May 28, 2020I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 years now. It’s pretty quiet and it’s kept up well. The laundry rooms are always clean. Maintenance is done almost immediately when requested. Tomas the manager responds right away. He is very helpful and on top of things. I’ve had no issues so far. Great Place to Live!
May 28, 2020During our 3 year stay here, we've had nothing but good experiences. Our landlord Tomas is very responsive to standard maintenance requests and we've always had same-day service. He's professional and amenable. As for the complex, there's onsite laundry and an efficient cleaning technician. The alartment layouts are well designed. My first apartment experience has been great!
May 27, 2020My first apartment has been a great experience here at Petrol East. Management of the overall property has been wonderful also. They maintain the property on a daily basis, and have gated security, which gives us great peace of mind. That was one thing that was important to me when I was looking. Maintenance is always done in timely manner whenever my unit has an issue. I definitely recommend Petrol East. Safe, clean, affordable, and low deposits..
