I've been calling this apartments my home since 2014 and i love it! This are tranquil apartments, gated, spacious and clean. Tomas the manager is amazing, always available, quick to respond and solve any issues. I highly recommend Petrol East apartments!

These are great apartments to live in. The building is kept clean. The apartment themselves are spacious and well maintained. Tomas, the apartment manager, was great when we moved in and throughout everything else. I love that it is a gated community (which is what the hubby and I were looking for) and the neighbors are cool.

This is a nice and clean gated complex. I always feel safe when coming home late. The apartment itself is nice and very spacious. There is assigned parking and an on-site laundry room. The on-site manager, Tomas responds in a timely manner and If I need something repaired, maintenance is here and on time within 24 hrs.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 years now. It’s pretty quiet and it’s kept up well. The laundry rooms are always clean. Maintenance is done almost immediately when requested. Tomas the manager responds right away. He is very helpful and on top of things. I’ve had no issues so far. I have been very comfortable living there.

During our 3 year stay here, we've had nothing but good experiences. Our landlord Tomas is very responsive to standard maintenance requests and we've always had same-day service. He's professional and amenable. As for the complex, there's onsite laundry and an efficient cleaning technician. The alartment layouts are well designed. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

My first apartment has been a great experience here at Petrol East. Management of the overall property has been wonderful also. They maintain the property on a daily basis, and have gated security, which gives us great peace of mind. That was one thing that was important to me when I was looking. Maintenance is always done in timely manner whenever my unit has an issue. I definitely recommend Petrol East. Safe, clean, affordable, and low deposits.. Made it easy for a first time renter like me.
