Garbage employee attitudes
March 29, 2024Came in for a tour on my day off and the lady in the front almost refused to giving me a tour. She asked me a million questions like “do you even meet the income qualifications” “are you sure you have good enough credit”. My friend applied and got denied due to credit history. Front office problem
October 8, 2022The property was fine, but trying to work with the staff in the office was difficult. They constantly switch around their staff, they do not get back to you in a timely manner, and it is inconvenient having to chase after them all the time. Amazing location, friendly and professional staff
January 4, 2022It has been an absolute pleasure living here, amenities are endless, and the price/location/sqft unmatched anywhere. Nighttime security is always readily available. The service work requests are always on time and quickly resolved. A very prestigious, military and pet friendly location. Leaving this month, and Will miss living here. If your lucky enough to find one available I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity, it’s a rare find.Property Manager Responded

No parking

Highly Unethical Practices
September 19, 2019While the home was nice and the front office responsive and kind when moving in and when work orders were submitted, this company takes advantage of it’s renters and has unethical practices. When moving in our place was not cleaned and we had to request it be redone. We carefully documented any issues and took care of our home as if we owned it. We had professional cleaning twice a month and cleaned the carpet in the 10 months we lived there. It was shocking and upsetting when moving out that ...we were told to expect charges for new paint, carpeting and any other issues. We had it professionally cleaned, took care of holes in any walls etc They do not do a final walk through with both parties. They took more then half of an over $2500 deposit for carpet replacement and paint, yet we were never given documents showing the original condition. Basically, they decide without you present what you will have to pay for. I do not recommend any one rent with this company as they are looking to get more $ and move out and don’t act in an ethical way by not doing an official walkthrough with both parties.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible for Military, incompetent staff
September 27, 2016The front desk staff is worthless. Any time I had an issue with the apartment and asked them to fix it they forgot, the only way I got anything done was by using the tenant portal Shortly after I moved in i had to leave town for military orders and set up autopay. Apparently that didn't take effect until the next month's billing period and they called me first thing on the 4th of the month (the day after the last day rent is accepted) and said I incurred a $350 late fee. I was too busy with work ...to deal with it, when I tried to pay with check they said cashiers check only. I had to have a relative drive up from San Diego to deliver the cashiers check so I wasn't evicted by the time I got home. Quick and easy drive to local beaches.
