Garbage employee attitudes
March 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comCame in for a tour on my day off and the lady in the front almost refused to giving me a tour. She asked me a million questions like “do you even meet the income qualifications” “are you sure you have good enough credit”. My friend applied and got denied due to credit history. Once she found out who my friend was she start treating me like trash.

Nighttime security is always readily available. The service work requests are always on time and quickly resolved. A very prestigious, military and pet friendly location. Highly Unethical Practices
September 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWhile the home was nice and the front office responsive and kind when moving in and when work orders were submitted, this company takes advantage of it’s renters and has unethical practices. When moving in our place was not cleaned and we had to request it be redone. We carefully documented any issues and took care of our home as if we owned it. We had professional cleaning twice a month and cleaned the carpet in the 10 months we lived there. It was shocking and upsetting when moving out that ...we were told to expect charges for new paint, carpeting and any other issues. We had it professionally cleaned, took care of holes in any walls etc They do not do a final walk through with both parties. Terrible for Military, incompetent staff

Any time I had an issue with the apartment and asked them to fix it they forgot, the only way I got anything done was by using the tenant portal Shortly after I moved in i had to leave town for military orders and set up autopay. Apparently that didn't take effect until the next month's billing period and they called me first thing on the 4th of the month (the day after the last day rent is accepted) and said I incurred a $350 late fee. I was too busy with work ...to deal with it, when I tried to pay with check they said cashiers check only. I had to have a relative drive up from San Diego to deliver the cashiers check so I wasn't evicted by the time I got home. The front desk staff smile and pretend like they care, but whenever you have a problem they blame some higher authority and say there's nothing they can do. Quick and easy drive to local beaches. Lots of amenities to make this home feel like a resort including; sparkling 25 meter lap pool, cabanas, oversized spa, fireplace and bbq's, dog run and dog park area. Gym with plenty of machines and free weights. Friendly neighbors make this a fantastic place to live!
