No insulation between floors -- NOISY!

There are so many great things about PPCrossings -- location, amenities, etc.
HOWEVER, if you are on the first or second floor, you will hear every step from above. Every time the dog jumps off the couch and scurries across the room. Every time they flush the toilet, run the dishwasher, bathe.... it is NEVER ending.
Complaints are met with, yeah, there is not much insulation between the floors. Yet this is a St. Joe property. You expect better construction. And you expect a more receptive voice ...
from the office. How about a letter to all tenants with this reminder? How about a quiet time? My upstairs neighbor vacuumed her entire apartment last night at 9:30.
It is never ending with the upstairs noise! It would be ideal if she worked nights.
