Real size of these studios is 272 sq. ft.- small. The buildings are 70 years old with mold appearing through the ceilings and thin walls echoing noise. We lived there nearly two years, REFUSED ANY mainte-nance; laundry machines were always broken. The air vents are never/rarely cleaned, blow black soot into the units to breathe. This very troubled property had 4 Managers in less than one year. We suffered nightly noise attacks from upstairs tenants with much ...

traffic. The Manager said DRUG BAGGIES on this side of the building constantly clogged the plumbing, but NO ONE would stop the noise. Quiet, decent Tenants never late paying rent were evicted to create vacancies for family & friends of the noisemakers. Several Tenants were harassed to leave by the clique controlling who lives there.
