    I have been here at Pierside South for 4 years and it is an awesome place I pinch myself every day to make sure I am not dreaming. We have 2 Clubhouses that can be rented out a big pool a pool table in our pool deck Clubhouse a rooftop with a beautiful view of the city and ocean a great workout gym and nice conference room and work center. We are located right by the beach and pier and a lot of restaurants and bars and stores everything is in walking distance. There is a Sunset Market every ...
    Thursday that is the best in all of North County so many good events at the amphitheater on the beach and city hall has a lot of outdoor events along with big events like Ironman and Turkey trout Oceanside has so many fun events.

    I have had pleasant interactions with the cleaning crew. I am not impressed with the staff and management at pierside South. We were not allowed into the apartment until after the lease was signed. Once the lease was signed, the management team refused to respond to emails or phone calls. I was told, to my face by management, Tyler specifically, that a document had been given to my wife. This was unequivocally untrue. When she asked him for the document herself, Tyler, made my wife stand outside ...
    the conference room while he, literally, fluffed pillows and changed the TV channels. After 15 minutes he took the back way out and my wife had to go from nd him at the leasing office. Unacceptable behavior by any standard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Do not rent. Overpriced. The leasing office workers were extremely unhelpful. They delayed my move-in by a week by mandating a cashier's check. I am still waiting for a credit to my account because of the late move in/mandated cashier's check. Low/no shower pressure.
