Horrible Place To Live
July 15, 2022I lived here for about a year, and here are the following problems that lie. First there are bedbugs in every unit and even though they try to handle it it doesn’t get taken care of. Maintenance is extremely slow. The apartments are very outdated. And when it comes to people at the front desk a very rude and extremely disrespectful and they don’t answer anyone’s complaints or concerns. Even though the price is cheap it’s not worth it.Review from Apartments.com

June 14, 2022Bed bugs, Roaches and Mice all the time. If something breaks dont ever expect it to be fixed. Called to get a new dishwasher its been 7 years still broken. Called for a new refrigerator i had to get one on my own. Needed the sink fixed took 1 year of calling. Also they spray every month so you have to remove everything out of your pantries ect and then put them all back again that just sucks dont waste you time coming here it just sucks.Review from Apartments.com

Not worth energy
August 29, 2018×××××××× Stay Away××××××××××××××××× This place Is the worst managed apartment complex in all of Colorado there is a guy name Adam who is clearly a 5th grader when he doesn't like what he hears he hangs up on you, while you are talkin this guy is actually the property manager. So to say that least if everything is given orders and done to the extremes of this guy's madness then you really would not like living there because he is a control freak. Basically Says that your least doesn't mean ...anything and that his word is everything.... "on" his own words were there's a new sheriff in town. They have bed bugs
April 23, 2018I lived there a couple of years ago and they have bed bugs and mice. I had to throw all my furniture away beacuse of it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I give them 2 thumbs down!!!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live
February 28, 2018I would really not recommend living here. After living here a year I would never come back. These apartments are old and very poorly maintained. Bedbugs, cockroaches and Other pests are common. Management is horrible and they do not take care of issues with the apartment. I had to stay away for 10 days while because of bedbugs.
