Lived at Pine Point for 8 years, loved the 3 bedroom unit, Never had a problem with any maintenance issues getting taken care of. Whoever the snow removal company was, kept up good. Quiet, low key place to live.

Feels like the privacy of a single family home

What I really like about the apartment is that it is very quiet(inside and outside)and surprisingly serene with completely private entrances for each apartment. My favorite feature is the massive garage, which I use not only for my car, but also a workout room and storage as I am in between selling and buying homes. About half of the 7 buildings back up to a quiet wooded area. In my building, my 2 bed 2 bath overlooks a small pond, further making it feel like I don’t have neighbors. There’s also ...
loads of storage within the apartment. While the kitchen and baths could be more updated, everything has been well maintained and works without issue- this is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Interaction with neighbors is few and far between, but always very friendly. Coming from my own home for years, I never expected any complex to be such an easy and comfortable transition while searching for my new home.

We lived at Pine Point for the last four (4) years and found it very hard having to move (job transfer out of state). We felt like the old days with great neighbors with everyone so friendly! The apartment was always well maintained inside and out. Maintenance is great! Location perfect, easy to get downtown in minutes.

Out of state ownership and poor management

After living here for several years we wanted to reach out and make sure people knew how this place treats it tenants. They have terrible people skills, never answer the phone or resolve any issue no matter how small. We once had a fire detector go off due to the battery being dead for 4 days before a family friend had to come bring a latter and change the battery out. We called the emergency line and left 4 messages..nothing. After calling recently to see if we could move into a lower level ...
building due to the fact my 70 year old mother needs surgery adn cannot walk downstairs this company dragged her along for near 90 days showing her vacant apartments and then renting them to someone else even saying they paid more! There are better places to live for less. The walls are paper thin and the only things to do is go to the ymca which will make you crazy. Don't even get me started on how they treated the parking lot in the winter... Do some research..I wish i had!

Apartment living is the life for me. Downsizing is so liberating. Darling, Pine Point in West Seneca, New York is the place to be! New neighbors can't wait to meet. Hubby loves stepping out the front door and the lawn is already mowed and the snow on the driveway has been plowed.
