They do not come when they say they are going to and then blame tenants for not being home, sometimes taking weeks to make necessary repairs that are for the safety of the apartment and are required by city housing code to be taken care of rapidly, including things like inoperable kitchen sinks and broken windows, as well as doors that do not properly shut and are not properly weatherized. Tenants are not treated with respect or kindness, and are looked at as a burden by the office staff. Eagleview came in and raised rent by a minimum of $70 for some people, and almost $300 for other people, only to be worse than the previous management company, which honestly I didn't think was possible. The apartments are full of mold and are infested with roaches because of improper care and maintenance taken by the company. I do not recommend living here if you have any potential other options. The only saving grace of this apartment complex is the community.
