The utilites are included
May 22, 2023The headline and the countertops are the best part. Nothing is smoke free. Smokers smoke until the smoke sneaks into the crevices of every non smoker's apartment. There is constant noise, the apartments are not cleaned and the filters are not changed when you move in. The pool has yet to open or even show functionality. The treadmill and elliptical in the gym are both broken. The hot water does not last long, but that is too be expected.Review from Apartments.com

April 28, 2023The only reason why I took away stars was because of the smoking, closed pool, torn up outdoor court, and the broken treadmill in the gym. For a nonsmoking community, they are quite accommodating to smokers and anti non-smokers. On the brightside rent includes utilities with the package.Review from Apartments.com
