I have been living here for over six years and within the last three years property management has done a great job. Cindy and Mona it the office are always on top of things. When you have a problem, it is usually taken care of within the same day or the next day. Even off hours the maintenance crew are on top of things. Due to extreme heat and humidity my air conditioning unit froze up. The office was closed but I left a message and someone called me back within an hour. When they came to my ...
apartment they were unable to fix the problem, but they brought tower air conditioners, so we could be comfortable in our bedrooms.
If you are reading old reviews after three years, you cannot go by that things have changed for the better in the last three years. I hope this helps you with making your mind up if you would like to live here.

Bugs Bugs Bugs!!! You'll need to keep bug spray up at all time for inside the apartments and the breeze way. Maintenance is lazy the office people are no better. There's nothing for the kids to do out here but play in the street. The exercise room is small and the equipment needs updating. The laundry room machines are terrible. Don't waste your time coming out here and believing the lies the office people are trained to tell you if you talk to them.

The apartments are large but very old and needs updating. The management is rude with the ones that will allow it and maintenance is very lazy. You have to call several times to get things done simple or big. The pool closes at 6:00 during the week and 8 on the weekend. What kind of mess is that when other complexes closes their pool at 9.

I found the management to be friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and very spacious. The closets are huge. The other tenants are friendly and helpful. All the H/C units are new and efficient. The grounds are well cared for and parking is plentiful and many are shaded. Lots of shade around the units make it a little dark. My only complaint is the lack of ceiling fans and microwaves. I would recommend these units.

Pinewinds apt is such a wonderful place to live neighbors are friendly these apartments are also pet friendly has tennis courts and a swimming pool workout enter and a huge pond where you can have a picnic or maybe even fish leasing office great always got activities planned for the children maintenance exceptional last but least the pine trees are beautiful the seenary is great not to mention the screened in patios?

Can't tell you what a pine wind is, but I can tell you that I love living here. Nothing like bringing my newborn son home to this quiet apartment. All our neighbors are peaceful. The view from my patio is spectacular. It's a relatively nice size. Perfect for my new family.
