We left our unit in better condition than when we moved in actually we made over a $1000 of improvements and after a thorough walkthrough with the landlord when it came time to get our deposit check back-and after 2 weeks had passed when we contacted them they accused of their being broken tile and had developed a smoke smell I don't know how a unit develops a smoke smell and broken tile after a walkthrough but I guess it did if you're looking to get your deposit back from these people good luck

Pineapple Grove Condominiums

These apartments are amazing, yet somehow very affordable! They have been constantly upgrading the buildings and love that they keep the renters/owners in mind. There is a gym and yoga studio right down the hall from my unit. The pool is right across the street, with shops and a beach in walking distance. A big bonus is that they are pet friendly and welcomed my dog with open arms. I couldn't ask for a better place!
