Pinegate West has it all!
September 13, 2015Pinegate West could not get any better! I've lived here a couple years now and I can't say enough good things. The amenities are a huge plus. Included in our rent is a garage, storage, washer and dryer, an airy open concept and upgraded appliances. There are huge walk-in closets, which is a great advantage. Plus no pet rent! The apartment is extremely pet friendly, which is nice for all of us animal lovers. The deposits are very reasonable, as well. The apartments are well maintained and the ...management is always quick to solve any issue. The pool area is fantastic in the summer time and is kept clean and comfortable. The location is great for Johnson County. You are minutes from I-35, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Downtown is only about 15 minutes away where you can experience vibrant nightlife.
