June 21, 2021I have lived at Pines of York for about 10 years. I raised my five children here and never felt worried about my childrens safety. The property manager and her team are great! They are very in touch with their residents needs and they put forth a lot of effort into showing us that they care. It is not unusual to see them at the front of the complex passing out breakfast bags, or taco meals for Cinco de Mayo, to residents coming in and going out of the complex. They have been great to work with, ...along with maintenance they do a great job keeping our units and the entire grounds of the complex looking great. My kids are now grown up and out of the house, so I have moved to a smaller unit. I regret living here
June 4, 2021I refrained from posting this review because of the kindness of the staff. It wasn’t until an inappropriate interaction with the staff that I felt the need to post this. Honestly not a great place to live. Half naked people walking their pit bulls around the neighborhood. Loud over head jets. I’ve had 4 car crashes happen right outside my window waking me up in the middle of the night and keeping me up with the sirens, screams, and lights.Review from Apartments.com
