Pinnacle Apartments- Dog friendly, a little pricey
August 16, 2015Pinnacle is a great community for dog owners. Nearly everyone there has one or more and understand dogs (no one gets upset over barking or just lets their dogs run loose). The apartments are spacious, though a little dated. Sarah runs the office and she's super nice and the maintenance guy, Danny, is prompt and friendly. Outside of a pool and a dog park there aren't any amenities, but you're close to the Greenway and the mall. The price is a little high, but for the community and peace and quiet ...it's close to worth it. The real bummer is there are never any available because people move there and don't want to leave. We got to a point when we couldn't afford the 2br and couldn't downsize to 1br because there were no openings for six months after our lease ended!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Pinnacle Apartments
August 13, 2015The Pinnacle Apartments are terrific. The rooms are spacious, there is a front porch with storage closet, a large deck that faces woods, acres for walking my dog, and Crabtree Valley Mall is within walking distance. However, you never hear noise or traffic from the mall because of the landscaping, full-grown trees with lots of shrubs. There is a landscape crew that comes by twice a week to keep everything clean and neat. They use leaf-blowers to clean the parking lots and all the stairs and ...walkways.
